Hi, I’m Giulia Schirru, a certified Nutritionist and Lifestyle Coach with over 10 years of experience in the field.
I started my career as a molecular biologist in the pharmaceutical industry, but soon enough I decided to follow my passion for nutrition and health. After obtaining a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics in Rome I specialized in the application of the Mediterranean Diet abroad. To better support my clients in achieving their goals and unlocking their full lifestyle potential, I also became a certified Lifestyle Coach. In 2014 I founded Salutissima, a Mediterranean-based nutritional and lifestyle practice in the Netherlands. I have helped hundreds of people from all over the world reach their nutritional and lifestyle goals.

As a Nutritionist I believe that it’s key to work on a happy relationship with food, a relationship that is free, conscious, and balanced. I am also a huge supporter of the Mediterranean-based diet, because it’s one of the healthiest in the world. It protects against cardiovascular diseases, obesity, type 2 diabetes, and certain types of cancer. By personalizing every nutritional plan according to my clients’ needs, preferences and personal situations, I help them achieve their goals and create long-lasting healthy habits.
