This program is designed to increase productivity, promote health, wellbeing, and vitality in the workplace. It is engaging, fun and practical so that employees can adopt new healthy habits and work on their health and happiness within weeks. In a series of workshops, groups of 8-10 colleagues will get inspired, learn and initiate lifestyle improvements. The main topics will be nutrition, movement, mindset and habit change.
Inhouse individual coaching
Inhouse individual lifestyle coaching for a healthier work/life balance. Offer your employees the benefit of having their own personal lifestyle coach in their workplace. The support ranges from one time motivational advice and counseling, to a complete 8-12 week personal coaching program.
